* The RCMP does have the right to refuse to investigate

3. If the RCMP deems that an investigation is not necessary
under the circumstances.

* However, if the RCMP refuses to investigate your
complaint, you are entitled to ask the CPC to conduct a review.

It is clear the RCMP decided to investigate, however not clear if they even bothered, possibly just had RCMP Staff Sgt. MacAdam now NCO i/e put on the facade as they were unable to produce a copy of the report in time allotted under the Access to Information and Privacy Act when I filed November 6 2009, but they did provide a fine demonstration of their diversionary tactics.

Superintendent Robert Davis clearly admitted they did study the evidence while ignoring it for validity of government organized crime for obvious reason assuredly to me anyway, but do not intend to have you now investigate it for validity for assuredly you know the obvious and certainly would be a venture into futility waiting for you to waste another 10 months pretending to study what you already know ... that of course you would use the time to plan another diversionary tactic.

However be informed that although the registration fee of $20.10 + tax will continue through the year 2010 it will dramatically increase for all members that register after August 1 2010 and them that register prior to August 1 2010 will pay $20.10 + tax annually in perpetuity or until death do we depart.

With exception of newborns as due consideration will be to the fact that they did not exist at the time the offer was made and hence all newborns from August 1 2010 will have the right for their parents or guardians to register them with 1 LIFE for $20.10 + tax if done so within the 3 months of registered date of birth.
